Terms of Service

Billing:

Trips are billed to the customer’s credit card or corporate charge account. Regency Limousine accepts the following credit cards:
American Express
Diners Club
Discover Master Card
Visa
All trips are subject to a 20% gratuity for the driver and is calculated on the base fare including any stop charges, waiting time charges, or any other applicable charges will be added and itemized on the customer’s billing statement.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable:
Global reservations will be billed at the carriers rate in the city being serviced plus a nominal service charge.
Two-way tolls
Parkingcharges
Cell Phone usage
Any Regulatory Fees
Any other out of pocket expenses incurred

Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.
All rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

Vehicle Rates:

Regency Limousine has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing to and from most cities and airports.
Rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate, with a 2 hour minimum charge.
All Wait & Return trips are hourly trips that begin and end at our base in Wilton, Ct. There is travel time for the vehicle from the base to the pick up and again from the drop back to the base which will be added to the time the customer is in the vehicle. All Wait & Returns have a 2 hour minimum in Fairfield County and a 5 hour minimum in New York City.

Wait Time & Stops:

For all point-to-point reservations wait time will be charged after the grace period has elapsed. Wait time will be charged in 15 minutes increments at the current hourly rate.
Wait time grace period is defined as 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time except for airport pick up’s which have a 1 hour grace period.
Passenger requested stops during a point-to-point reservation will be charged the prevailing stop charge and any wait time if the stop lasts longer than the 15 minute grace period.
If a point-to-point reservation that includes a stop at a New York airport or New York City the charge for the stop is greater that a regular stop charge and it is referred to as a “swing rate charge”.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

All guaranteed reservations that are pick up’s in Fairfield County must be cancelled prior to 1 hour before the scheduled pick up time or the customer will be charged a Cancelled on location (COL) charge which is equal to a 1 hour charge.
All pick up’s at an airport or in New York City must be cancelled prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time or a “No Show Fee “will be charged. A “No Show Fee” equal to the base fare plus any waiting time, tolls, and parking fees will be charged if the customer fails to show at the location.
If a customer cannot locate our chauffeur, it is the customer’s responsibility to call Regency Limousine at # 1-800-243-5606. Regency is in constant contact with our chauffeurs and will assist you. If we cannot locate you the Regency dispatcher will attempt to call any contact numbers we have regarding the reservation before releasing the chauffeur. The chauffeur will be released after 1 hour if contact has not been made with the customer.

Holidays:

 
A holiday charge of $27.00 will be added to the base fare for all trips occurring on the following days:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Easter Sunday Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Christmas Eve (after 6PM)
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve (after 6PM)
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day all trips will be subject to the above Holiday charge and the gratuity increases to 30% from the standard 20% gratuity.

The following extra charges will be added to the base fare for the trip when applicable:
